Residents have a chance to check out projects and exhibits by some of Kona’s up-and-coming thinkers Wednesday at the STEM Exhibition and Hoike at the Kealakehe High School cafeteria.
From 4 – 6 p.m., a free exhibition where guests can learn about projects by members of the Kealakehe STEM team, many of whom have received high accolades in competitive events, will be on display.
The exhibition will feature students’ efforts in an array of disciplines such as robotics and Model United Nations. An awards program will follow at 6 p.m., where students will be recognized for their efforts and achievements.
